The Sisterhood Challenge

Start Date / Kickoff:

  • Thursday, January 7 – Kickoff event

  • Saturday, January 9 – Photos, measurements and nutrition class

  • Monday, January 11 – Challenge officially begins

Training Schedule

  • Access to any class time on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays

  • Nutrition guidance

  • Educational workshops

  • Special Sisterhood gatherings and events
