The Sisterhood

The Sisterhood is Tucson’s only women's fitness challenge. It’s an empowering workout challenge created specifically for women who want to lose weight, build strength and make meaningful connections. The Sisterhood combines weight training, cardio, and nutrition guidance for sustainable weight loss. But this is not just a weight loss challenge. The Ruckus Room is a supportive, motivating environment with a community focus. The Sisterhood is for all women who want a stronger, sexier body and a healthier lifestyle.

Dates:

  • June 2nd - July 26th

During this time, you'll have access to the Ruckus Room and Spinners Downtown, where you'll crush group workouts and follow a proven nutrition plan designed to deliver results.

On Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, sisters can attend a Ruckus Room group class at the location selected in their price plan. There will be dedicated Sisterhood workouts or an event each Saturday. Sisters have access to one Spinners class a week. The gym will be open to complete challenges on Wednesdays.
