How it Works:
Every week you will be able to attend 3 classes at either our North or Downtown location, these classes are instructor led and designed for every type of woman! Every Sunday you will receive challenges to complete by the following Sunday. (Example: Hike tumamoc hill this week)
Every workout you will do is designed to get you to burn fat and gain muscle!
Your nutrition is Coach Q’s “Qutrition Plan” where you will learn how to build your meals based on healthy Proteins, Carbs, Fats and Greens. This program has transformed hundreds of lives; and and yes, bread, rice, pasta are all on the list don’t worry. We want to teach you how, what, and when to eat- so you can live a happy and healthy life.
