The Brotherhood
The Brotherhood is a rigorous three-month workout program with four weekly classes. The program is specifically tailored for men and focused on weight training, aimed at enhancing strength and lowering body fat. Held at our renowned fitness facility, the Ruckus Room, this program guarantees an immersive and empowering experience. Brothers will embark on a transformative journey, pushing their limits through intense workouts and guided training sessions led by experienced coaches. With a comprehensive approach, The Brotherhood integrates diverse exercises, such as compound lifts, functional movements, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT), to optimize muscle growth and fat burning. Join this exclusive program and become a part of a supportive community dedicated to unlocking your full potential and forging lifelong fitness habits.
Brotherhood Schedule:
Weigh-ins and measurements: Feb. 3rd-4th
Challenge start date: Feb. 5th
Final weigh-outs: April 28th-29th
The winner will be announced at the challenge party the first weekend of May.
$400 investment for non-members
$200 investment for members

Mondays at 6:00 pm at the Northside Tucson location.
Saturdays at 7:00 am at the Downtown Tucson location.These workouts are a combination of weightlifting and conditioning.

Tuesday and Thursday weightlifting classes at any time at both the Downtown and Northside Ruckus Room locations.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday group classes are not included. If you want to attend M/W/F/S group training classes, you can purchase single drop-in classes for $20 or a 12-class punch card for $145.
