On our strength days, we focus on exercises like squats, deadlifts, shoulder presses, bench presses, power cleans, and the Russian kettlebell swing. We gradually up the weights to help you build solid muscle. It's not just about lifting; it's about learning, growing, and having a good time. So, whether you're mastering the perfect squat or swinging that kettlebell like a pro, we've got your back.

Saturday’s class is coach's choice and a mix of strength and conditioning. Expect high-intensity interval training, dynamic strength exercises, and creative challenges to keep your workout exciting and effective.
